How To Enable And Use Dolby Atmos On Windows 10 ---> https://blltly.com/2taiZ5
I have windows 7.1 and soundblaster xfi avr. and i tested out on my tv and computer and it sounded perfect. But since i updated windows to windows 7.1 and soundblaster to xfi avr. it sounds a bit muffled. I have the exact same speakers and I just updated my soundblaster to at xfi avr and it was working fine. So i don't know what went wrong. If i reinstall my soundblaster it will say Atmos/DTS -X in my receiver and all my speakers will switch to atmos/dts. However, it doesn't work perfectly and i can't hear the vocals of my songs. It is just muffled.
If it is not windows then it is soundblaster. I tried to load the windows drivers and it didn't work and i tried to update soundblaster to the newest version and it didnt work.
I even called soundblaster and they said it is not a windows problem. However, i tried to scan the soundblaster drivers and it said windows is using the soundblaster drivers.
edit: I even tried watching other movies/tv shows with this soundblaster. so it's not my dolby atmos settings that are broken. just everthing else with truehd, I even tried this on my 2 year old TV, same happens
I've tried turning off windows setup, my audio and video drivers. I've tried reverting my hard drive to the original one. I've read that there is a fix for this problem but i can't seem to find the fix.
I have a problem with my receiver. It was working fine until I had Windows 10 installed. Now I can't get ATMS to work correctly with the receiver. Right now the receiver is set to 7.1 in the Emby app and the Atmos option in the Emby app is off. If I enable the Atmos option in the Emby app, it sets the receiver to 7.1 and I get the Atmos option in the Emby app, but the receiver isn't Atmos compatible. (The icon in Windows 10 still says DTS:X when the receiver is set to 7.1 in the Emby app).
Also I tried changing the audio driver to ALSA for the Atmos receiver and it changed the options in the config for the receiver but not the options for the software (which automatically go to Atmos). how do i get the Atmos receiver to match the Atmos options in the emby player?
The emby software recognizes that the receiver is Dolby Atmos compatible because it shows Dolby Atmos in the settings. But when I start playing it, the receiver is still set to 7.1 in the Emby app, the settings change to 7.1 but the receiver still isn't Atmos compatible (On/Off). 827ec27edc
